Do I have to remove the seat?
No. The easy-release seat can stay attached for normal use and transport. Removing it simply reduces the lifting weight by about 8 pounds.
Does the EP4 fold like a suitcase?
The EP4 folds completely flat instead of into a half-suitcase shape. That slim profile lets you slide it easily in and out of your car, while the seat creates a protective barrier for safe air travel.
Is the Luggie EP4 Airline Safe?
Yes! Most of our customers buy the Luggie to travel and take with them on an airplane (as well as cruise ships and trains) to some fun far off destination.
Where is shipping free?

Where is it built?
The Luggie is manufactured in Taiwan. This is key. Most electric scooters and mobility scooters are made in China. However, the craftsmanship and engineering that comes out of Taiwan is worlds above what comes out of China. There are of course always exceptions, but 9 times out of 10 in our experience a Taiwanese product is superior to that of a Chinese.
Are the tires flat free?
Yes, the tires are flat free so you never have to worry about a flat tire. The tires are made of a high quality flat free solid rubber.
How long will it take to ship?
We usually ship the same day we receive an order. If you place an order before 1pm PST, we will ship that same day. If your order is placed after that, it will ship out first thing the next morning.
